Short version. On the safety question that matters most in this category, Rugiet is the best of the services we have looked at: nitrates and guanylate cyclase stimulators are both named explicitly, with an interaction table, on a dedicated safety page. Their injectable TRT includes a video call with a physician and ongoing bloodwork in the price — which is what the guidelines actually require. The weaknesses are administrative: no published state list, no dose strengths anywhere, and cancellation terms that contradict themselves inside a single document.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not generic versions of brand-name drugs. Eligibility and treatment are determined by a US-licensed clinician; results vary.

The safety disclosure — where Rugiet is genuinely good
Rugiet maintains per-product important safety information pages, linked from each product page, plus a safety hub. The Ready page states plainly:
An interaction table repeats it: “Nitrates — Do not use together — dangerous blood pressure drop”; “Guanylate cyclase stimulators — Do not use together — dangerous blood pressure drop.”
Their help centre carries the same warning. This is the correct standard, and several competitors do not meet it. One caveat: the information sits one click from the product page rather than on it, so it is possible to reach checkout without reading it. Read it anyway.
TRT done closer to the guideline
The injectable TRT programme includes a video call with a licensed physician and states that regular bloodwork tracking testosterone and other markers is included in the treatment cost.
That matters because the Endocrine Society and the AUA both require symptoms plus two early-morning fasting testosterone measurements before diagnosis, and ongoing haematocrit and PSA monitoring afterwards. A service that includes monitoring in the price has at least built for the guideline. What to know before you order
No state list, anywhere
We could not find one on the homepage, terms, telehealth consent, footer or help centre. Their terms say only that the service is available “to individuals who are located in states in which we offer the Service.” A state-availability page exists but rendered empty for us. Ask before paying — particularly for testosterone, which is a controlled substance and carries additional state-level requirements.
No dose strengths
Rugiet publishes no milligram figures for any product on any page we loaded. TRT dosing is described only as “typically 1–2 times per week.” For compounded multi-ingredient products the strength is the product. Ask.
The cancellation terms contradict themselves — three ways
Inside a single document, their terms say you may cancel “at any time up to forty-eight (48) hours before the applicable monthly processing date” and also that “we require your cancellation request to be received at least 72 hours prior to your billing date.” Forty-eight and seventy-two, same page.
Then the terms and the refund page disagree about refunds. Terms: no refund “if your medication has been ordered prior to cancellation.” Refund page: “a refund can only be processed within one week after the prescription has been delivered”, with the medication unopened. One says the window closes at ordering; the other describes a post-delivery window.
The refund page is also not linked from the site footer — we enumerated it. You have to search for the policy that governs your money.
Assume 72 hours, cancel early, and get any refund promise in writing.
The rating on their site is not linked
Rugiet states it is “rated EXCELLENT on Trustpilot” and cites a large customer count, but publishes no score, no review count and no link. We could not load the underlying Trustpilot page to check. We are not repeating unlinked figures.
Who should not use it
How we rated Rugiet
We do not test prescription services and we did not become a patient. This rating is based on our analysis of Rugiet’s own published pages read in August 2026 — product pages, the per-product safety pages, terms, refund policy, telehealth consent, help centre and blog — plus the FDA prescribing information and the AUA and Endocrine Society guidelines, following our review methodology. It reflects transparency, safety disclosure and clarity of terms, not treatment outcomes.
What lifted it: full nitrate and riociguat disclosure with an interaction table, a video consultation and included monitoring for TRT, two named pharmacies. What held it down: no state list at all, no dose strengths anywhere, a 48-versus-72-hour contradiction inside one document, a refund policy that is not linked from the footer, and an unlinked rating claim.

For injectable TRT, yes — a video call with a licensed physician is part of the initial package. For the ED and PE products the process is asynchronous.
Is bloodwork included?
For TRT, yes, and they state monitoring is included in the treatment cost. Not for the other product lines.
Is “Weigh In” a GLP-1?
No. It combines bupropion, naltrexone and metformin.

Bottom line
Rugiet gets the clinical parts right more often than its competitors do: it names the contraindications that can actually hurt someone, it puts a physician on video before prescribing a controlled substance, and it includes the monitoring that makes testosterone therapy safe rather than selling it as an add-on. The administrative side has not kept up — a missing state list and a self-contradicting cancellation policy are both fixable and both currently on their site. Ask for your state and your renewal terms in writing, and this is a reasonable place to start.
