What this page is. A description of what Strut Health sells and how the service works, built from their own published pages in August 2026. We have not given this service a rating. A score is a summary judgement, and there are enough things Strut does not publish — dose strengths, pharmacy identity, a consistent state list — that we would be summarising gaps rather than facts. What follows is what you can verify, and what you cannot.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not generic versions of brand-name drugs. Eligibility and treatment are determined by a US-licensed clinician; results vary.

Who it suits
A reasonable fit if you…
- Want several men’s health categories handled in one place rather than through separate services
- Prefer an asynchronous process and do not want to schedule a call
- Specifically want FDA-approved generic tadalafil or sildenafil — Strut labels these “not compounded, FDA-approved tablets”, which not every competitor offers
- Value unlimited follow-up messaging with the prescriber, which they include at no extra cost

What to know before you order
The state list contradicts itself
Strut’s FAQ states: “As of September 2024, we can ship to all states except for Arkansas.” Their help centre, however, still carries an article dated “As of March 2022” listing roughly 38 named states, which includes Arkansas by omission from the exclusion and separately flags “Minnesota (No ED)” and “South Carolina (No ED)”.
Both pages are live on their own properties and they do not agree. The FAQ is the more recent of the two. If your state matters to your decision — and particularly if you are in Minnesota or South Carolina looking for ED treatment — confirm with their support before paying.
Strengths are mostly unpublished
Tadalafil, finasteride, enclomiphene and topical dutasteride carry milligram figures. Sermorelin, the semaglutide and tirzepatide products, sildenafil, oral minoxidil, and the apomorphine and oxytocin components of Super Strut do not. For a compounded product the strength is not a detail — it is the product. Ask before you order.
The pharmacy is not named
Strut displays LegitScript, PCAB and ACHC accreditation badges and refers to “a licensed U.S. pharmacy” and “our pharmacy network”, but names no pharmacy on any page we loaded, and does not state whether compounding is done under section 503A or 503B. Both questions are reasonable to ask support.
Billing and cancellation
Their terms: “You will be charged the full amount for your prescription every 30 or 90 days, depending on your refill schedule, until you pause or cancel your subscription.” Cancellation requires at least 48 hours’ notice before a refill ships, and “once the refill processes, it can not be cancelled.” The refund policy is firm: “For all medications that leave the pharmacy, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to government regulations.” Damaged or defective items can be exchanged within two weeks.

How we assessed this
We do not test prescription services and we did not become a patient. This description is based on Strut Health’s own published pages — product pages, FAQ, help centre, terms, and refund policy — read in August 2026, plus the FDA prescribing information for the molecules involved, following our review methodology. Where a page contradicted another page, we have said so rather than picking one. Where nothing was published, we have said that too.
Frequently asked questions
Does Strut require a video call?
Generally no. The intake is asynchronous, and their FAQ notes that “some states do not require phone consultations” — the implication being that some do. A phone or video conversation can also be requested. What applies to you depends on your state.
Are the medications FDA-approved?
Some are, some are not. Tadalafil and sildenafil tablets are described as “not compounded, FDA-approved tablets.” The compounded products — Super Strut, Strut Mojo, the GLP-1 formulations, sermorelin, topical dutasteride — are not, and Strut states this: “Compounded drug products are not approved or evaluated for safety, effectiveness, or quality by the FDA.”
Is there a consultation fee?
No. Strut states the consultation is free and that you are charged only if a prescription is written.
Can I cancel?
Yes, but with at least 48 hours’ notice before the next refill processes. After that point the order cannot be cancelled and, once it leaves the pharmacy, cannot be refunded.
Bottom line
Strut covers more ground than most single-category services and includes some genuinely FDA-approved generics alongside its compounded lines, which is unusual and to its credit. The friction is transparency: strengths, pharmacy identity and a coherent state list are all things a prospective patient reasonably wants before paying, and all three are either missing or contradictory on their own site. None of that makes the service unusable. It does mean the questions in this review are worth asking support before you order rather than after.
